Available from today Wed 12 Sep to replace Fixed January 2014 which is almost sold out. The latter is no longer available on comparison sites since yesterday but is still available to existing SP customers until tomorrow Thu 13 Sep (providing it doesn't sell out earlier).
See SP press release here
Not sure how Jan 14 and Mar 14 prices compare but I'll see if I can find some details online.
New tariff doesn't seem to appear on SP's website yet as clicking on Online Fixed Price Energy in their Products still links to the Jan 14 product (aka 31 Dec 13)

Then people need to get in quick on the Jan 2014 deal, as Martin has been nagging on about for the past couple of weeks.
Do you have a link to the new prices please?0 -
For dual fuel, I think it's here:

Yes, currently being shown on energyhelpline.com at least.
Increase is 7% based on your figures for Eastern region.
(Your annual electricity consumption is abnormally high)
Based on average UK consumption figures (16500kWh gas & 3300kWh electricity) for Eastern region, increase is 5%0 -

Just switched to the Jan 14 tariff from British Gas Standard.0
