NEC Powermate master disks

Hello! I have recently dug out a PC we have that hasn't been used for a couple of years, thinking of selling it on, so I wanted to take it back to factory settings. However, the master disks have gone AWOL, and when I've dug around looking into it, it won't let me create anymore as the back-up partition, has for some reason been wiped.
I have contacted NEC, looking for copies of the master disks. They have found some for me, at a cost of £42 + VAT! Does anyone know of any sites that these could be downloaded on, or any that sell them cheaper, i.e. £5-10! Or is there any way of finding them on the PC?
The computer is an NEC Powermate ML460, running XP. I bought it from Next about 4 years ago I think? Thanks for any help!
