ESA advice needed thanks

Just asking for a bit of advice please before I try and get through to ESA offices for the 3rd day running

I started on ESA CB in May 2011 due to depression and anxiety, had medical in October, of course like majority of UK got rejected and put in my appeal straight away.

Had a car crash in Jan this year and couldn't supply a sick note due to being in hosi for a few months (ESA was informed).

Anyway got out of hosi eventually, gave them the sick note got money owed back.

Now I wasn't informed that I had to re-apply from CB to IB ESA (apparently the gov are not doing this for quite a few benefits) but of course I'm still under appeal procedures from my medical.

Now been told the gov don't continue giving ESA CB appeal money after the 365 days even though I've still not had a appeal decision (they keep on adjourning it so not my fault).

ESA have already been told about my additional change of circumstances etc. but with no money coming in how quickly would it take to get money especially with the appeal going on.

Sorry if it doesn't make some sense but if some people understand what i mean and have advice gratefully received. Thanks
