I think the date is specific because they are giving the winner tickets to the premiere of the film - which obviously happens on that specific date.

Hi,sorry what I meant was why end it so close to the event.
I understand why the take-up date is specific but if it ended next week it would give the winner time to get time off from work etc.Five days just seems to be cutting it fine :-)
