    Me and my partner eat for £250 a month (with no cutbacks or worrying about budgeting) including lunch each every day so you could definately cut back on your food.

    Have a look at the grocery challenge thread - it's really good for motivation.

    We cut down on our food spending as well. I'll see how it goes now that I have to eat more healthy (it's usually more expensive)..but I'll have to shop wise. . :-)
