Meals at work £304.17...Are you sure? That's a lot. That's about £15.733 per day. 232 working days per year at 5 days per week over 46.4 weeks with 5.6 weeks of leave. 232 times 15.733 then divide by 12 is £304.17 per month.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. 0 -
Thats over £600 a month on food for one person? (groceries, food in work & eating out) You can make some big savings here if this is correct and reduce your monthly deficit.
Others areas of possible savings are, could you reduce your mobile plan, internet charges, gym, haircuts, presents, forget clothes shopping for a while and shopping for fun.

The main things that stick out to me are the 'shopping for fun', 'meals at work' and the 'sports and fitness' section. Curb the shopping for a while (believe me, I know how hard that is!), packed lunches are the way forward and don't have to take that much time, and £75 a month is a LOT for the gym (I'm assuming it's the gym?) There are some fab budget gyms around now for around £20 a month, or if you're near an athletics club why not try one? They'll let you try out the facilities and coaching for free, and my local one in London is £48 a year.

that looks a lot like my budget did when I realised I had a problem....
go thru everything and see what you can cut back, internet contracts, mobile contracts, gym contracts do you really use all of what you are paying for? Me personally I dont.
once i bought all those down to size it was saving me £60 and that was without really making much difference to the way we lived. Then I would look at cutting non-essential spend down - shopping for fun, eating out and so.

I've made some notes above - sorry if some of it sounds harsh but your living expenses are near £500 a month more than your income - you really need to make some life style changes if you're going to get out of your situation!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I pay £45 for my internet, however i'm not in debt so i can, if we were that would be one of the first things to go.
Are you in contract with your mobile? tesco mobile do very good contracts and sim only deals from £7.50, they run off the o2 network so signal is very good.
