Tempur Mattresses

Hello All
I am thinking of buying a Tempur mattress but have quite a few reservations.
I've been looking back at some threads on here (some old, 2008) and people say that they can make you feel very hot at night - is that the case?
I don't mind paying the money if they are worth it but I cannot stand being hot in bed.

If there is a chance that you get warm in bed then steer away from memory foam products, especially the all foam versions like Tempur.
As someone once described them on here as "it's like being raped by a marshmallow."
If you want a quality product and price like Tempur then head into John Lewis a like and look at the pocket sprung beds. Vi Sprung and Harrisons make a fabulous product with a price tag to match.
Or consider a water bed, full total body support, 2 separate bladders inside so you don't annoy your partner and full temperature control on a thermostat. Modern day water beds look great and have baffles inside, so the water doesn't slosh around, the water settles very very quickly.Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz0
