seems to be ignoring the user control panel options for Forum Skin.

Yes you are correct. When you choose a skin in the UserCP you are selecting which of the usual skins you would prefer to use. But the Citizens Advice Board is not using any of the usual skins. So your selection will have no affect. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Just a little suggestion. I think there should be some kind of a visibility for MSE led citizens advice bureau here on the main forum page. At the moment, there is nothing at all on the header unless I am missing something. It is a fab idea and I always thought online small clinics like welfare and benefit or law clinic would work out very well considering that many people are computer literate and it is fast becoming the norm to refer to sites in the comfort of their own home before actually looking for advise/guidance elsewhere.
