I always found that Walthamstow was the cheapest area for fuel in London.Haven't been there fior a while but there was a Murco garage that was really cheap.They didn't take credit cards and preferred cash.Perhaps one iof the locals could confirm current prices -it is on Markhouse road on the left,just past Markhouse Avenue,going north.
