Has anyone used petbucket.com. I just wondered if anyone has used this onlilne company and if they were OK. I can't seem to find much in the way of reviews for them

There's no address on the website that I can see.
Their Domain Registration details are hidden behind an Australian privacy protection service so they are probably based in that country. This is backed up by the fact that they say delivery takes 10-16 days and the packaging will be different to what you are used to.

You won't be covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations and you'll have to pay 20% VAT on top of your order as well as the Royal Mail administrative charge which I believe is £8.
I wouldn't use them.0
