Going to try a big mixed Iams, cereal and poo W shop to flog a big coupon later and also get stuff I need for the house so hopefully it won't look too bad. Managed get the OH to come along for the ride as well finally I bribed him as he needed a lift to work as the van's in for service....I said yes certainly sweetie - then I dropped the A bomb on him and he agreed :rotfl:

I would appreciate it if someone could suggest what went wrong with the above shop - its not one of mine, its a friend who is not quite confident enough to ask herself! She has spent time reading and checking lists and has had several successful shops, a trouting and now we are both puzzled about the above comparison.

So far as I can see, she has the right rice trigger and 4 cleaning items, 3 of which compared favourably. I thought that the rice plus 2 of the cleaners should have worked (group of 3) leaving her with 2 cleaners at full price - I'm puzzled as to why 3 cleaners plus the trigger worked. It gets even odder - she also bought Cif Bathroom Spray at £2 - that doesn't appear on the above list even though its certainly on her original receipt.

The shop was done on Friday. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I can only see 5 cleaning products.. so 3 worked 2 didn't..

If the CIF bathroom spray doesnt compare that has lost you one of your 6 items needed. Therefore 3 of the cleaning items have gone through at 32p as they should , then 1 at full price and also the ambrosia is showing at full price. Did you check the CIF cleaning spray beforehand on MSM?

You have to buy in three's. The rice is counted as one of the three.
