I had my 1st minor trouting too. SA couldn't believe I got a voucher for £15 from a £17 shop. She put the voucher through anyway, but when I asked for my receipt back, she said she'd have to check it with someone.
Called over a supervisor, then someone else came over, and then another 2 'higher up' people came and they all looked at the receipt & voucher.
In the end they decided if that's what it gave me then it's ok. I played dumb.. :eek:
