Not sure what happened with the ketchup?

It refused to compare my other basket even though I had 11 items? Not sure why? I bought 2 Kiplings apple pies, 3 boxes of cereal, bananas, bottled water, ambrosia rice and 3 packs of Asda sweets. The sweets were 3 for £1, so does that mean they count them as 1 item?

Your apple pies would only count as one item, and were your cereals all the same? If so that would would be the problem
