Tried entering it on OHs iPad but same problem so that rules out serial number/imei. Looks like it's been lost forever :(

This is not dig at you because i dont know the value of your average APG but I would like to say this is a good reason for sticking to sub £10 APGs.

If you hit the £100 limit and can't get it to reset then its a bit easier to take the hit than if it was a £30 APG you had lost

Again, not a dig at you, worry-wart. Just a point for all to consider

Hmmm, still pondering - I wonder if there is a definitive mix and match theme going on here. Some things like the TK, mincemeat & S+G are stand alone glitches but others work in multiples of 2(if on bogof in another store) or 3 (if on 3 for 2) - soooo, could for example 1 SP gel trigger the baby food in T's? That would be a cheap one to try (cost c£1.50); OR the ambrosia to the cheese in S?

I think someone tried it. I may test it out today

One or two people, yes. PS - any voucher over £50 needs authorising - FYI.
    [...]
Brings me to the point though.... are people recycling their vouchers (i havent had an issue until now) or creating new ones each time, closing them down and doing another one?
Yes, massively, everyone on the thread is bar about 2!
Not till the glitch is dead please!!! I'd certainly be contactign head office though....what they did is way beyond what their remit allows.
