Well, I got trouted yesterday at asda, for the first time ever! :eek: the manager put it through in the end but it was pretty awful to go through Have sent an email to customer services suggesting they re-do staff training.
The manager did not know that you could print the vouchers out 3 hours after a shop :eek: the MANAGER!
Im still shook up a bit and having a break today! so happy shopping everyone who is going today, and thanks again for all your help! :T

so sorry that you've had this experience but you are right to complain. never been trouted yet but i'm always worried that today will be the day! it's beggars belief that the store managers dont know how their own system works!!:eek:

Not good I think we are going to be questioned more often as this glitching gathers pace but it should still be done nicely and for a manager to not know the APG procedure is unbelievable!!!

I know, I was shocked. I repeatedly said, there is a computer at the customer service desk, go look at your own website! It says 3 hrs. If your still not happy, enter the receipt details yourself! It is a legitimate voucher. But the most vague and pathetic excuses came out. Oh no, im too busy, i dont have access to the computer, im just a till operator, among them :rotfl: They didnt want to put it through and were looking for every excuse in the book. Right down to, but you used a voucher on this receipt too. Yes? and? That was also a legitimate voucher that someone else verified and put through, whats the problem? :eek:
