oh balls, went shopping with a raging hangover, got the wrong crisps *sigh*
  • Got well trouted and stopped by security in Southp**t Store, excused of my vouchers being fake, and then told i was abusing the system as I had been in using vouchers six times the other day and four yesterday, therefore they had right to refuses as t&c was ten a month. I tried to argue, not all mine shopping for mum etc, but was not having it. Think I will have to move store, anyone use the Aintr** store near Liverp**l, what is that one like?
No problems at Aintr@@ only had a problem at the Seft0n Perk one. Used some in Southp0rt a few weeks ago with no problems but that was the first visit there in yonks

Garlic bread is not in the offer.

It was the last time around. I was just wondering why it was taken out. :)
  • CS very apologetic but MrsBartolozzi must have gotten the last giftcard as they didn't offer me one! Instead the maggot will be speaking to his staff (I call him a maggot as he was trying to put the blame of everything onto his staff last night instead of standing up and taking responsibility) and retraining them that monitoring customers they way they did with me isn't acceptable.

So how soon can I go back and spend my next big APG there :D Kidding!

Update on the pink stained t-shirt :j

Stains come out and t-shirt now hanging on the line drying.

    Forgot to say earlier :

No 4p socks in my T's and no cheap mens stuff all selling at correct price :(
  • I'm sure on my last shop the ambrosia made everything go through at 24p each.
Oh well 32p each is still a bargain, I treated my nan & grandad to all the mr kiplings & weetabix.
They didn't believe me when I said what I had paid for it.

Well, yes and no. The maths is right but the Aero probably doesn't work. Choose from those other 3 chocolates and yes that should work.

The products are BOGOF so you want an even number in total. The deal worked for that person but it wasn't THE BEST deal they could get, because they could've had an extra packet of biscuits for FREE because it's BOGOF in Tesco.

Think of it like the coke and rice pudding/custard... you need an even number in total. People who bought an even number of coke plus just 1 rice pudding/custard missed out on 1 of them comparing because they didn't have an even number in total, so they either paid full price for a coke or they paid full price for a rice pudding/custard when they could've had an extra one for FREE if only they'd bought 1 more!

    Hope this helps! ;)

This isn't quite right. Ref the coke I bought an even number plus the custard and it compared fine. I didn't miss out on anything as the coke was two for £7, if I'd bought an odd number I'd have paid £4.49 for one pack instead I paid just £2.51 extra, got the extra pack, and got all comparing at the glitch price. I've been buying 4 packs and one tin of custard and some fillers, it works fine. Otherwise you are paying £4.49 in Asda for one odd pack of coke.

**edit just found my shop. Yes did lose out on APG on the custard, so lost out on about 47p on APG for that BUT as I say, by buying the Coke in multiples of 2 the multisave at Asda saves you spending £4.49 on one instead of £3.50 each (2 for £7). So you save £1 to lose 47p So buying coke in 2's makes more sense.

7 items (4 different) on your bill qualify for!
    1 x Ambrosia Devon Custard (400g) £0.94 £0.94
    4 x Diet Coke (8x330ml) £14.00 £1.88
If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused

I think I just mucked up my shop.

One of the cleaning things I was going to get was out of stock, so I got a different one. When at the checkout the total was £13 odd (my APG was £15 odd!).
Flustered, I ran back and grabbed 2 packs of Kelloggs Squares, and paid a total of 51p cash :o
Only when I was outside the shop, I realised that I had 10 'glitchy' items.

I hope it doesn't muck up my voucher too much!
Well, it didn't muck up too badly, just one of the cereal bars didn't compare, but still pleased with the APG :)

Due to the ASDA Price Guarantee, you're entitled to a voucher of £10.30:

    Hi everyone

I have managed to catch up with about 70 pages

The threads search button on an iphone is a little glitchy (aren't most things glitchy these days though:rotfl:). I start typing a search term and the box sometimes disappears. It usually takes a couple of attempts but I can search

It would be even better if we all posted the APG comparison results in colour (black text indicates full price comparison, red price indicates multibuy discount comparison in either A or the comparing store)

THATS the easy way to identify multibuys not being picked up :D

I don't dislike much on my iPhone but the search is not good at all - mine is a 4 so not sure if it any better with the 4s or the new one out next week

Will try and remember about the colours from wombles - must admit I wondered why some were red and only found out by reading this thread a couple of days ago when you said why:beer:
