MrsBartolozzi wrote: »Just off the phone from A, re trouting last night. I'm getting a £5 gift card. They must have run out of £10 ones.:rotfl:Either that or they are getting so many calls that they don't want to give out any larger.
I'm not too bothered though, as the girl has sorted it so I can use the voucher at a different store, just have to go to CS first to make them aware my defaced receipt is still valid.
Is anyone else getting the seconds coming up as 00? I just typed in a few of my old receipts and they are the same - why's that? The girl was adamant that the seconds should match up.
they all come out with seconds as 00 x0 -

Claimed my first ever apg voucher it was £19.20
i know a lady said prev she was refused and asda are saying any over £10 are fake
well when i passed it in the SA smiled and said ooh thats a good one but dialled for a supervisor, they discussed voucher and manager walked away with it. the sa was lovely and said the barcode last few digits usually have the value on but the ones over £10 arent doing it as they should so they have to check them, she then said if the supervisors knew their job we wouldnt have this messing around and you'd think people were stealing, she made me giggle. but supervisor came back and said yeah thats right and she put it through.
so i do think anyine having probs its the barcode really, might keep mine below £10 in bits to avoid hassle as she said the under £10 are causing no hassle. but a friend who told me about apgs has used several bigger in this one too (birkenhead) and had no probs so does make you think they may have sent a memo down from HO for over a tenner ones.
just for info guys
but no probs and SA was lovely and supervisor wasnt funny at all0 -
