Got an interesting reply from the Body Shop this morning about the LYB cards, basically they said if I want to return them I have to send back the gift sets as I didn't pay for them :eek:

Not too sure about how this works though, as I though if you bought online you were able to change your mind within so many days, can't remember the what it's called but I'm sure you know what I mean. Just wondering if they can actually do this though? I'm not really that bothered about pursuing it as it was a bloody good deal that we got, it's just the tone of the reply has pee'd me off a wee bit. It does say on the website

'The membership fee is not refundable unless you have purchased the Loyalty Card at The Body Shop Online Store, in which case you may cancel the order, return the Loyalty Card and receive a refund pursuant to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.'

So I'm just off to browse the terms of sale now!

Is this because you got them all filled in?

I was sent an email saying that I could return the filled in one to my local store for a blank one. If that helps.

Not had a reply about the card I'm yet to receive though.

Morning all! Got 2.5 hours before I leave for (hopefully) sunny Chesil Beach! I say 2.5 hours because that's how long I have to wait for this morning's APG, I've got my priorities straight! Packing be damned, I want to glitch one more time! :rotfl:
