SA in Asda told my sister she had to keep her receipt as they were getting abnormally high APG. My sister said she wanted to to keep it as she had jean on it, and SA said she would give her a photo copy

I can't beleive My receipt won't go through, I have double checked all the digits.
I didn't even need cereal, I spent over £30!!!
Don't really want to try it again in case It happens again.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Help would be appreciated on this one?.. X

2 more shops done - a poo shop and a cleaning shop. Also used a APG for just under £20 with no problem

I keep wondering, with the scale of this - how much money do you reckon A's have lost?

oh I got confused then with all the diff ones! My 1st shop was for the waitys and got the small choc rice/cleaning stuff/cereal/toothpaste. got the big tins with the coke/johnsons baby stuff Hopefully I have understood and got it right - thanks for replying

yes but that shop included the steradent as the trigger for the dental/toothpaste and the rice as the trigger for cereal.....different glitches and different end dates as in my theory?

Anyone else had trouble inputting receipts. I have had the apg system throw a wobbler again tonight, says I have reached the limit and took some messing with to get it to work. Total nonsense as used a different email address again.

Hi Claire, did you get any cash back? The reason I ask is because I did on one shop and my receipt wouldn't go through until I noticed that the cash back transaction had generated its own time on the receipt and I was entering this time in error.
When getting cash back two dates and times will appear in receipt only a minute or so apart but enough to muck up inputting the info.
