It must have knocked about 20 minutes off my shop, but are there any problems with this regarding things like potential DTDs or the such that I should know about? Obviously if I am targetting a DTD I will use a normal till, but I noticed that a 6 pack of Brains Faggots that were marked down to £1 first scanned at £1.48 and then went down to £1 at the payment point - would this have been a DTD otherwise?
We have got Shop & Scan at our store and I love it.
Sometimes the prices are wrong. I think that it is if there has been a recent price change. I have scanned stuff and then seen a difference at the till. If it is higher, then I have just gone to CS and said that it scanned at diffreent price to what it actually went through till at.
I have got DTD when using scanner, so no need to use normal till.
One downside is that like the self scan tills, you never get a till spit.0 -

hopefully not a case of TMI for this thread, but first baby due in Nov and completely clueless as to what I need. I've already stocked up on bathtime items, but do you get through lots of nursing pads or do I just need a couple of boxes. Storage isn't an isssue !
everyone is different - I used them for a year:eek:
i needed them from as soon as i knew i was PG until the baby was about 3 months and my milk dried up.:oYou're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -

could i have done better any one pls
£13.51£5.20the neutrogena that you bought that isnt on the comparison , where is it on the receipt? is it at the bottom?
i did a shop and when i went to pay my shopping was less than my voucher as some things had scanned for less than they should have. i then threw in a pack of maltesers and I had 2p to pay . But, the strange thing is, on the comparison, there's no maltesers!!!!!
so, to summarise....SA pressed total, scanned maltesers then pressed total again.
results page dont show maltesers anywhere.
i wonder if this is what happened to you.?
Could maltesers at the checkout display come under kiosk? Which doesn't show?0 -

hi honey
good luck for november..
the boxes of johnsons pads are 30 to a box i think and you should at least change them once a day (possibly more at the start til your milk flow regulates) so if you have 30 in a box thats 15 days(1 box divided by 2 boobies) so about 2 boxes a month. I use the tommee tippee ones they come in box of 50 got my last lot after the last asda event for £1 a box. i have at a point had 8-10 boxes in the cupboards as i am still feeding mine at 15 months so prob gone thru 15-20 boxes maybe.
hope that helps and sorry if anyone offended by booby talk :rotfl:
It really depends on your milk flow too... I had to change mine at least every feed, so roughly every 2 hours. But with both my babs I had a LOT of milk. The 30 boxes didn't last me much more than a day - I bought the 100's from Boots instead. (2 a week lol)0 -

Think ketchup has to be on a separate shop, that compares with tesco.
The cereal compares with Waitys
