    Yep.
Dont think they do more than one flavour, so nice and easy. Is £5 at the moment in Adsa.

I'm sure You are anything but a let down to anyone.
You've had a stressful few months with your wedding and father in law being so I'll.......you probably need to take things easy and have some me time for a while.
I know what it's like when you can't sleep ....it then develops into a pattern and it's difficult to break. Hang in there it will get easier.....at least it sounds like you have a caring GP.
There's no shame in being referred to a mental health team....they are trained specialists and you might find they can really help.

    I'm Ok thanks. :):)
Where is your A's? The only one I know in Plymouth is Estover.

I know it will get better and i know it will take time, it is just so hard trying to explain to family and friends why i feel like this. I have also realised that trying to cope with the depression over the last couple of years has resulted in develping complusive overeating, hence the massive weight gain. Now people realise why i am so overweight when the never see me eating in public :( been referred to see someone about that too.

Yes thats the local A's i go to, but now i haven't got the car is a pain in the backside to ge to on the bus :D

    February GC £26.68/£250

  • Aha!!!!!!!

I have just checked my receipt again for the robinsons waitrose targeted shop....

There were 3 sweetened soya alpro milks on there. I checked first that they would compare at the same price as asda. Asda are £1 each and waitrose are 3 for £3 so I purchased 3.

The multiply hasn't kicked in so I think that some of the multibuys are not yet showing on the recipt comparisons. Maybe that is why the cereal one isn't showing? The offers are new so it may take a few hours/day?
    3 x Alpro Soya UHT Sweetened Milk (1L) £3.00 £3.57

Yes worked with SP gel and Neutrogena. Also with SP gel and Witch concealer.
This was the only size I could see 250ml, £5.
