  • For the peeps asking re JF poos, cond, etc just to confirm the blue Luxurious volume tubes of poo & cond, work as do the dark reddish tubes Full repair.

The Old speckled hen beer should be purchased in 4's - at least thats what I did. works out 85p ish I think (maths not my strong point) lol and believe it works on others. Think it was Tinyshoes that was OP.

Quick question re Body Shop refunds please

When people say they've emailed body shop and then got a refund confirmation, have you ACTUALLY emailed them or used the "contact us" form on their webpage?

I used the form on Saturday and haven't heard back yet. Its supposed to be within 72 hours (I allowed them Saturday/Sunday as non-working days) but really expected an answer today at the latest

I want to drop them another line but not sure of best method. Does anyone have an email addy or should I just call?

    Cheers

I used the contact us details - they told me that my lyb card had been posted. Two days later it arrived.....from Serbia.

  • Before you go Miss Laid, you and a few dozen others on here might be interested in an offer in Lidl this week. Apparently they have the Febreze aerosols for £1.99 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I phoned last week as I'd not received any and they said I could have a refund for the ones not dispatched but some had been sent and were on their way.
I decided to chance it and fired off an email to say that I shouldn't have had to wait so long and they were too late to be used and I'd like a refund.
They actually arrived the next day all filled in with my name and birthday on(although they'd mucked up and got the dates wrong on two of them!!!) so I thought that was that......but today they've replied to the email to say I can return them. :T

I would email and say pretty much the same and I reckon you'll get yours refunded too

    Thanks :) Much appreciated.

Just typing out an email at the moment ;)

Aah carp, one more question if I may :o Do you get an email back to say that you've emailed them iykwim. Just tried to send it there via the contact form, but don't think it worked  Don't want to send it again though if it did go through, because I can't remember exactly what I wrote. Jeez I'm such a wally :o
