I have just downloaded the A's app on my iPad , if I enter my receipt details will it give me the option to send to an email as am getting worried about getting the limit notice . Thanks not much good at tec.things .:)

Do not, repeat do not, email the voucher

Simply check the value on the iphone app. Once the value has been calculated/displayed you can go to the APG main website on a pc/lappy and print without ever being asked for contact details

If you email the voucher it will (possibly) lock after £100/10 emails. I dont know for sure as I haven't emailed them before. I haven't felt the need to experiment with a system that I know works

I have printed more than 100 different APG vouchers in the last month with no problems and gone over £100 several times in the last week with no bother using the iphone app in this way

I've had this too. Are you returning yours to a store or to the Freepost address?
I was going to post mine as it seems less faffy but they said I need to scan proof of postage (and email it to them I assume???)

If anyone wants the freepost address drop me a pm.

Very good customer service though....means I've only paid p&p on all of my orders :T:T

Hey Purdy, did you get a refund for the cards turning up already filled in? Or was it because they turned up so late?
Was thinking about emailing about mine that turned up with my name already on them (no birthday filled in though) and was just wondering if it was worth it? Cheers in advance :)

  • Hi mimi  - look at you, getting your very own Nivea APG :D. I remember you from the Boots thread back in the good old days. Well done on getting the Nivea to work, just hope you have no trouble getting rid of your large-ish APG. We try and keep them under £10 so they will scan without a SV having to be called ;).

And for whoever asked about the wipes - they work on a A vs Sb shop, you want the Huggies PURE wipes. And you must buy a tin of Ambrosia, either rice or custard as the trigger item. Peeps have combined it with a Coke shop. Read back to see what quantities work. HTHS.

Try entering the details 1 second out. It might then think this is a new voucher request and let you input new contact details

Be very, very, very aware that if you go instore with a large APG retrieved in this manner and they check the APG value at the CS desk they will key in the original details which will show them you should have a reduced value APG :eek:

I would not like to be caught out like that as it would be very clear to them that you are cirumventing their T&Cs somehow

tried the 1 second thing and it did not work:mad:, it's not a huge apg just £11 reduced to £7. not going to do the instore thing;)i'm just going to take the loss and not draw attention to myself:cool::rotfl:. i can build the voucher back up easy enough:rotfl:
