Hi all,

Don't have my manual to hand I'm afraid and wondered if anyone can tell me how screwed I am..

This light has come on.. But it flashes!

Anyone know what it means?

And excuse my ignorance!

Thanks,

    Yep, it;s a Mini Auto 2002!

Haven;t checked them since installing rear set of tyres about 4 months ago :$..

At least it's nothing serious (fingers x'ed)!

Thanks for the quick responses (as always!)

    Tyre Deflation.

On a Vauxhall a constant light indicates a flat tyre but a flashing light indicates a fault in the system. “Consult a workshop.”

When my tyre pressure light came on, I had a nail in my tyre, there was also a beeping noise. To stop the noise and flashing tyre pressure light you have to press and hold the matching button under the handbrake. And of course you also need to put some air in your tyres.
  • 4 months without checking the tyres?

Do you have any oil in the engine? Or will you wait for the oil light to come on
    before checking that?

Ignore the oil light and wait for a tinkling noise and then a big bang.
