Argos Pet Insurance Renewal Increase

Got my renewal through and its doubled!

Only got the Silver cover, so thinking of Purely Pets, any experience?

My cat's reneval with Argos doubled but cat has so called pre existing now so did not move him. Moved 5 other cats to PetPlan.

Dog at £48 per month now, reneval due 28th October - whatever that will be - will have to pay as Zara had hip replacement and total claims for her this year are now over 6k so....

She is on Argos Platinum.

Did you have any claims at all? If you did, if the dog has any pre-existing conditions.. careful about moving

No claims made, so not a problem to move.

Purely is half the cost.

Anything in dog's history at the vets that could affect insurance?

Before Zara's op, I hade to provide ALL her history from vets, since she was a puppy.

Even if you did not claim but there is anything in vet's notes that can warrant insurance exclusion, just check well before you move insurance.

It may be cheaper (premiums) but how good is it (do they pay out/how fast they pay out, exclusions etc)
