is it correct that when a person makes a claim for housing benefit that the first 3 days are not paid ?
also if a person who was working on a low income and got housing benefit, subsequently then lost their job and went on to cont jsa.. to claim full hb,thereby making a change of circumstances in respect of their ongoing claim, that the first 3 days of the financial change would not be paid still?
ithought that the 3 days would only apply once in respect of a claim unless there was a break in the claim
