Trueshopping customer service

Hello,
I purchased several radiators including a chrome-plated towel rail from Trueshopping and had them installed at the beginning of May. We have run the (brand new and professionally installed) heating system a few times to bed it in and have had no issues.
However... we went on holiday for just over a week and when we returned we noticed that our chrome-plated towel rail is already starting to rust! Clearly this shouldn't happen, as a towel rail is intended to have towels (damp or otherwise) hung upon it.
Anyway, I have contacted Trueshopping customer services to complain about what is clearly a manufacturing defect (I have sent a photo of some of the corrosion) and have engaged in some back-and-forth correspondence. I am slightly concerned however that they don't seem very keen to offer a replacement item.
Has anybody had any experience with this company? What should be my next step? It is my opinion that the item that they have sold to me is unfit for purpose as it is evidently not sufficiently robust to be in a moist environment (a bathroom). Ideally I would like the item to be replaced like-for-like.
Thanks

The lesson to be learned is only buy branded stainless steel towel rails.
A rail made of anything other than stainless steel will always rust, given the high humidity in a bathroom.0 -
Chrome plating is supposed to prevent rusting if it is of sufficient thickness and is a single unbroken layer.
It is this:

And:- Expertly plated with high quality 62.5 micron chrome on copper plated mild steel, with swagged oven brazed joints.
- Tested to BS EN442 - 10 bar maximum working pressure
- 5 Year Guarantee (12 months for surface finish)

Hi, thanks for moving the thread. The day after I started the thread I am pleased to reveal that Trueshopping contacted me and have sent a replacement item, which is great customer service.0
