Santander Esaver issue 6

applied for this just a few days back, told to provide some extra documentation. misplaced my previous month's bank statement and am waiting for a new one that should come any day now.

however i notice that theyve withdrawn the issue 6 and its now issue 7, will i still be eligible for issue 6?

Hmm... No way to know other than asking them. I applied for an AA ISA a few months back when they were sitting at the top of the best buy table. They had to send an agreement form out in the post for me to sign and return but it never showed up. After a week or so I contacted them to ask about it and in that time they had 'stopped offering that product' and were unwilling to honour the agreement made when I signed up online. They did offer me their 'new' account which was (obviously) not as good which I then politely declined.

Short answer, phone them.

If the case is still active you will still get the issue 6. 28 days I think they hang around for. Get another bill and send it off pronto...

Lazyloki: took your advice and called them up, like what Sailmakers said, it's 28 days. thanks!
