AXA Car Insurance - Code 100?

Hi All,
My father went to get a car insurance quote from AXA yesterday, only to be told he couldnt have the price quoted on the website as he has a "Code 100" so they quoted £700 more! I have searched high and low for this Code 100 and even phoned a friend who works for Performance Direct and he hasn't heard of it either. What does it mean?

It will be an internal code that means nothing to anyone other than Axa and potentially it is just a code for the website which will only mean something to someone who works in the IT/ change team who code/ define the requirements for the site0
