eBay purchase using credit card via paypal - help please!

Hi
I'm planning on purchasing a item on eBay which is about £300. I want to use my credit card as its a 0% one.
I believe I can pay using my credit card via paypal, is this correct??? I've only ever used positive paypal balances previously!!!
Do I check-out on eBay in the usual way???
Are there any fees for using this method???
Presumably this method gives me the same buyer protection as the standard paypal method.
Many thanks for any help, and apologies for my ignorance!

don't know if this helps but if i have no money in my paypal account money is taken out of the card i have listed with paypal, that would be my visa debit. i use paypal in the same way and paypal first use money in the paypal account and then if theres not enough they'll take it from the account automaticaly. as you make the payment it will tell you were the funds are coming from.
Check your credit card is registered with your paypal account. if it's another card then that's the card they will use.0 -

I would imagine you will have to clear your paypal of any funds first before you're given the option to use cardNever put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0
