Barclays Travel Insurance

I was looking on MoneySupermarket for a multi-person worldwide travel insurance policy. I've booked quite a few trips away over the coming months and thought it would be easier to do it all in one. The quotes I got back started around £300.
Barclays do an add-on to my current account for £13.50 a month which has travel insurance so my question is whether this deal is worth taking. Does anyone already have it or better yet made a claim against it?
Thanks

I trust you have already checked out the MSE travel insurance article and not found anything substantially cheaper than £300?0

On a joint acount you get a policy each. We have an account just for the insurance and RAC.
handy as it is continuous no renewals.0 -
If you have pre-existing conditions that are driving up the quotes you are getting then check what Barclay's policy is for them - you may need to declare them and pay an additional premium0

You need to get the policies side by side and make notes of what is and isn't included.
An exclusion for packaged accounts is sometimes lost/stolen passport cover, both in terms of costs associated with obtaining emergency repatriation papers and costs with replacing the lost passport on your return.0
