Starmsg Help............

Only posted a couple of times on here so please be gentle!!

My sister sent me a link to a website back in August claiming to have 100 free text messages. Great... or so i thought!

I navigated my way around the website, or atleast tried. Put in my email address and postcode, before i knew it they were asking for too much information. so i clicked off it and siad sod it, not giving them personal information.

Have since had lots of emails claiming i owe them over £100 for a set up fee??
What the f**k???
Ive emailed them back saying i didnt sign up fir this blah blah blah, kept getting emails back saying i must of clicked the sign up button, which i know 100% i never did.
Received a letter today from.... arvato finance Ltd claiming that i owe £104.69 to starmsg and they are acting on behalf of them for collecting the money.
What do i do?? i've emailed both the finance company and the message company explaining yet again i didnt sign up for anything.

Please help!!

Write back to the Debt Collectors stating you do not acknowledge this debt, and ask for documentary proof that this debt relates to you. State that they have 28 days to respond; send this letter by recorded delivery. They are legally required to provide this information if you ask them for it.

No court would rule in their favour: they are just trying to scare you.

    Do as advised above.

Next time they call, tell them you are awaiting the court date. DONT PAY IT. No judge in the World will rule in their favour and they already know this, they are just hoping the letters will be enough to make you pay.
