SAR request not recieved next action

Hi

I have sent a sar request to capital 1 along with a cheque for £10. The Cheque has been banked and it is now over the 40 days to respond.

What is my next line of action, is there another letter i should send

According to Martin's guide to reclaiming credit card charges, it says:

The card company only has a maximum 40 days to respond. If you don’t hear anything back, follow up with a phone call. If you're still getting a wall of silence, then report it to the Information Commissioner for a breach of rules.

If you used Martin's template letter, you would have written:

I look forward to your response within 40 days, as [insert name of credit card provider] is obliged to reply under the Data Protection Act. If not I shall seek remedy from the Information Commissioner.
