New DLA award and payments

Can some one help me clear this up please as I am confused. DLA awarded to my daughter Lower rate mobility high rate care.
Original notice clearly states " Lower & High rate awarded from & including 26 July 2012"
2nd letter says we will pay £294 into your account for the DLA we owe you from 01/08/2012 to 21/08/2012
It reads to me that they have only paid her for August and not July am I right?

So there is payment missing from 26th July until 31st July? 5 days worth of payment , if I am reading it right...
Its quite a long time since I was receiving DLA for my Daughter so I cant really help with your main query but it does appear that they have not issued payment to you for the 5 days .
Maybe give DLA a quick call and Im sure they will be able to explain.The loopy one has gone :j0 -
I have recently renewed my sons DLA and his letter states claim from 08/09/2012 we will pay you from the wednesday after your claim date so His is 4 days , I think it is just normal procedure0
