Paypal have ripped me off.

I have two paypal accounts. One I use for Ebay sales and purchaes and one I use for stuff I buy on bike forums. Both are linked to different bank accounts but both in my name. My ebay account was limited about 4 months ago and I sent in all the documentation requested. My bike one was limited after receiving a couple of payments for some bike parts I'd sold on. They asked for all the same details as the last limitation. Which I have done. But no response so far. Through my ebay account I had purchased a refurbished PC (from an online pc shop not ebay) for our son to use for school but the wrong item was sent and I opened a dispute and requested that I be refunded for postage. The guy who sent the item then got a bit funny and refused to refund any money unless item was sent back EXACTLY as it was delivered. Including the packaging with the Keyboard and mouse intact. I couldn't have known the system was wrong unless I'd turned the system on as the cases were the same. So now PayPal have limited one account but closed my Ebay PayPal account with the reason that "you haven't used it for a while". The last time I used the Ebay one was friday to buy some new bike grips which was funded from my bank account as they balance was in dispute. During the time that the money was refunded and the account limited/closed I had purchased a pc on EBay got to payfor it to find that the account had been limited.
I have contacted the seller and explained. But I can't afford to pay for the computer which is why I'd been selling cycle parts I didn't need anymore.
PayPal now have £220 of my money tied up and I can't get to it. HELP!

I'm not quie sure I follow as I get a bit dyselxic around blocks of text.

However, for a start paypal only allow users to have one of each type of paypal account, so if these were both premier accounts (and as they were both for selling I assume they were) then that is in breach of the rules and may well have triggered issues to start with.

As for the PC issue, that may well have triggered alarm bells, you open a case and refuse to send item back- if your account was already flagged that may well have looked to paypal like attempted fraud and that is one reason they restrict accounts and hold funds for around 180 days to allow any claims etc to be processed against you

Assuming I have understood that correctly you may need to phone them, get them to close one of the accounts and sort out returning the PC to the seller. There is a dedicated cheap parcel thread on here and it is worth asking on there for advice about couriers suitable for a PC.
