Hi
My wife has just gone back to work and part of her package includes the company giving her childcare vouchers to the value of 20% of her salary for the first year back at work.
After paying the childminder we will have a small amount left over at the end of each month, so at the end of the year we will
My question is will we be able to use this lump sum that has built up in our ACCOR account after the year is out or will we lose it.
After the year is up we will revert to paying in the max £55 per week that we get the tax relief on.
Thanks for any help !!

You can't get a refund AFAIK. I'm guessing this will happen because you have to order a set amount each month from Accor? I'd check with employer how they administer scheme cos DH employer allowed him to vary monthly amounts. Failing that, perhaps you need to chat to childminder, and see if she will let you 'use up' your hours, before you start with getting the max amount in vouchers.0

My husband uses accor and I use care4 and both of them will allow us to specify the amount we want to sacrifice of our salary. They can't say that you have to sacrifice 20%, what if you didn't have children!!!
The link above is from my husband's accor membership card and there is a full brochure on there. There are times when parenthood seems nothing but feeding the mouth that bites you Peter De VriesDebt free by 40 (27/11/2016)0 -

I had problems getting a refund as ACCOR told me to talk to HR and HR said it was an ACCOR issue. I ended up having a word with the nursery and 'accidentally' overpaid my last months fees. They then issued me a refund iin the form of a cheque. But I think this arrangement would rely on our childminder being flexable0
