Sending back their letters with 'not known at this address' isn't recommended as it marks you out as a possible victim for them to surprise with a default judgment (rare but don't tempt them!). Just file the letters and spread the word about the whole scam among friends & family.

    Oh, one more thing.
It now tells you on the letters that the "internet" has "stories" about whether or not to pay these...they suggest you take legal advice first :D

We know, Google the famous Roxburghe phrase with the word 'anecdotal' in it and you'll find that letter posted about, and laughed at, gazillions of times!

You've all probably seen this too, but last week my case apparently went back from graham white to Roxburgh( what did they think moving it to them might do) who offered that if I got in touch, they'd been told to accept a smaller settlement.
I'm obviously well aware it's all a load of crap, but how can even they justify this? Surely they thought their originally fee was right, this seems to indicate that even they think its high!

They don't have to justify it as long as they get some victims to pay up! And the file never moved anywhere except from Sharon's desk to Tracey's within the same Roxburghe call centre!

Surely the minute they offer a lower pay off, 8 months down the line, they are basically admitting it was wrong?
Why would I fight them for that long, then suddenly call them back for another figure?

    :D
