The sad thing is at any one moment I could produce a photo of said door or valve but none of my children! (unless they were in front of door when taking pics).

Yes, I totally get this....tons of photographs of the dog, and my wooden floors, even one of a toilet seat I managed to fit myself but none of the kids. If anyone asks to see photographs of the kids I would have to log into F/B, then go into their F/B.

    Great start on the ebaying:T

I forget HDK - did I introduce you to TCB, or am I mixing up my MFWerati?

Either way, I have finally been able to cash in my £10 referral reward - first one I've had, so very pleased :T

Excellent Ed, yes it was me. Glad helping to contribute towards the cause:T up to £36 myself now, although not much cashable stuff yet.

Np - suffering, DH is watching footie so none of my fave tv programmes, least I managed to get lap top.

No new Bids, a few more watchers. Selling a few bits relisted now several times but are now with a bid.. bizarre. Including watchers on a few really odd items.

  • I saw last bit of that, he had lap top then. They made some really horrible looking christmas food and some rather dangerous light bulb tree decs (surely they are quite dangerous as they shatter into shards - definite no no in our house of cats and kids) usually like it so was a bit disappointedas was a bit silly. Suppose i should just go and cut myself down a christmas tree out my own garden (!!?? such a helpful scrimping idea) or eat my own wild deer (!!??) or gather swathes of holly out of my own woodland to decorate my grand hall!

Won't be long before go up the wooden hill myself, was up at 5 for long day and was very busy all shift.

Yeah I did see the feed 20 people for £50 bit and thought the baguettes look like they've been spread with tinned dog-food, with the rest looking not quite as yummy as THAT:D BOKE

PS. I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you still have 3 jobs?

Hasn't one done that already? One is slacking :rotfl:. Actually, she came across as really nice and sensible. Halved their leccy bill by replacing light bulbs with energy efficient ones - all 1.200 :eek::eek::eek::eek: (actually, it may have been even more than that)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Yes Np, although a bit bizarre really and very unusual.

I have a manager role which I job share (22.5 hrs) but with a 24/7 responsibilty, then I do some out of hours work which is 4 hrs a week but tends to be 2 shifts a month then I pick up a "normal" shift - contracted 7.5 hours a week but prefer long days so 2-3 a month. total 34 hours a week but do tend to fall strangely, 1 week loads of hours the next 3 days, I also frequently tap my out of hours job onto an office day. so 3 contracts in 3 different pay grades but for the same trust. My manager is very keen for me to pack the other 2 in and do fulltime manager but I really love having a job share, plus the out of hours work is completely different and is coordinating doctors out of hours after prioritising emergencies and my other hours allows me to stay on the shop floor (not literally a shop flooor!). Quite happy to continue indefinitely but definitely get the feeling it would be "prefered" if went proper full time in the one job with my job share doing the same.

Bizarrely I also have 3 children, 3 cats, 3 morgages and until recently 3 endowment policies, we also have 3 cars on the drive (1 DH work van).. they do say things come in threes but this does seem to be taking it to extreme levels...

Was actually surprised was allowed 3rd contract, as though that may be the catalyst for me having to work proper full time.

GG yes she was very nice but definitely slightly above my league although Tiger did bring me a mouse home this morning, I could have popped that into a pie. Is it similar to venison?? Hes only a kitten so although it had been "played" with it wasnt prechewed so no one would know that I hadnt been out and slayed it for myself.
