I had an interesting thought when buying my house.
The whole country is going down the pan, so do I buy at the top and sink to the bottom or just buy at the bottom.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

Didn't you just clear your debts and knock up a deposit in a matter of a few months once you realised that, despite the awful luck of being born in 1983, the house fairy wasn't going to give you a house for free?
Are you now saying that you timed your purchase to try and buy at the bottom? Sounds like some post purchase justification going on or maybe I'm missing some irony.0 -
I think you got me wrong on the context I meant, as it is we bought a house at the first available opportunity, there was no waiting for the best time as such, but it did fall rather well I must admit.
Anyway what I mean is chav culture is taking over the country so do you buy in a scummy area or buy in a nice area and wait it to get scummy?
PS I emigrated from Oldham to New Moston.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

OK - understood. Seems like quite a depressing way of looking at things though.
So which choice did you make? (I don't know if New Moston is nice or scummy).0 -
This is true, luckily I have enough space to run my business due to a decent size house, its wouldn't be possible at busy times in a flat.
You don't really need much room for a computer and a camera case Percy. I think an end of terrace is easily large enough for several such businesses.0 -

You do underestimate the equipment marginally but I will say most of it fits a a large bag (tripods, cameras, green screen, etc).
Anyway the space is actually needed to mass produce the DVD/Blurays.
I am heading to the biggest christmas yet and estimate I will need to burn, print package around 700 DVDs, the biggest problem is waiting for ink to dry mostly. The 1000 take up quite a bit of space when full packaged, but when you have 700, discs and covers drying (the covers then need cutting) and a 700 cases ready for them it takes quite a lot of space.
Also I need to have enough stock of various DVD case colours ready as I can't usually order when i know numbers due to the turnaround times I work within, in short I am always overstocked on that front.Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

Do you do birthday parties also, Percy?
And can you offer me a mate's rate?0 -

So what are we talking about here?
Child !!!!!!? Piracy? Hacking Software? I would suggest keeping the case colours 'plain brown' if you know what I mean.
Another mistake might have been buying a house. Not particularly condusive to keeping on the run, evading the authorities, moonlight flits etc.0
