can anyone see a will, my husband wants to know about a family will, thats still in the hand of a solicitor, can i ring and ask, of will i get told to f off?

I don't know the answer, but I imagine that until the will has been through probate then it's still a private (that is not a public) document. But he can always ring the solicitor and ask.
As I say, don't take my word for this

If you ring the solicitor I think s/he has to ask the executors for their permission prior to probate, so, providing you don't mind the executors (often but not always near relative) knowing you want to see the will, you can but ask!“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”
