Debt collection agency, past hardship: is it worth attempting to reclaim?

Hi moneysavers,
accumulated a fortune in bank charges with Natwest from 2005 to 2011; added it up and it came to about 6,000 at one point. For much of this time was very poor, working only as a freelancer and often having to borrow money from relatives to be able to stock the fridge. n 2011, after could no longer afford the repayments on my Natwest graduate loan, my loan debt (separate to my current account with Natwest, which was the account accumulating charges) was passed to a debt collection agency. With help from my Dad, struck a deal with the agency and we paid off most of the debt. Natwest subsequently closed down my account.
What do you think my charges are of reclaiming those bank charges? no longer have an account with Natwest, but my argument would be that the charges contributed to my debt having to be passed to the collection agency. have not been in financial hardship for the past year, but will be made redundant at the end of this month, so money will once again be tight. Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks

No different to the responses you received a year last February when you asked similar questions over reclaiming bank charges :cool:0
