Sympathies.

We were expecting a delivery from Tesco Direct today via YoDel. Tracking info showed it sent out on a van before 8am today. Therefore expected delivery today (thinking that's fairly reasonable, no?). Apparently this is an optimistic expectation...it got put back into the depot this evening! Grr. Highly useless YoDel.

I have walked away from very cheap purchases because the company uses Yodel. They are an awful delivery company.

Iv'e been having problems with this shower for the past week, after 3 attempts ( wed/thurs/fri) to deliver my item from dixons it was taken back to my local depot.

Upon trying to collect my item i was told it was missing but will be out for delivery on saturday afternoon and will be with me before 7pm, i waited in all day saturday and no joy so after checking online with my tracking number on monday 10th it has now been sent back to the sender:mad:!!!.

Now it its being resent back to me as soon as dixons get the item back, i just hope that it is not damaged.
All this to save a few quid.

I work next door to a Yodel and trust me, never ever use them, the way they treat the parcels/deliveries they need to make! My colleague had to go in once because they had a burgulary and she said there was boxes all throughout the office with no rhyme or reason. they dont have long term drivers, all drivers own their own van so dont tend to be dedicated delivery personnel.
