Put the complaint in writing? Frankly Royal Mail policy is to deny anything and everything regardless of any proof you have.0

I've had re-delivery issues as well. If you push them on it they just say "We only have to attempt to deliver once - anything else is just a courtesy!"
RM have gone down vastly in my estimation lately.Don't grow up. Its a trap!
