New without tags rant

Right that's it, I've had enough.....It's either new with tags or nothing at all.
Just received a dress supposedly new without tags. It clearly isn't, it's bobbled, has a tear in the neck and the biggest giveaway, has the hanging tags cut out.
It's not worth paying the postage to send it back ....glad I only paid £4 but that is not the point. I can see a big fat red one coming!

It is ridiculous to have the "new without tags" description, it is seriously abused as has happened here besides which it makes no sense anyway, if it has tags it is new if it does not then it is not new and should not be described as. I understand people buy things take the tags off the they sit in their wardrobes for 12 months but even so if it has been sat in a wardrobe for 12 months how can it be new? More like not worn than new, it baffles me................"You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0

Hmmm, well i have sold a few things without tags, often they didn't have a tag in the first place....or sometimes I just don't want to disclose what i bought it for, espcially in the sale.....so i don't have a problem with it.....just wish people would be more honest....I often get more money from my used stuff so it can't put people off...i just choose to only buy new.Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D0
