Sent my 1st letter, got one in return about 9 days later saying they were investigating.
Sent my 2nd letter(the court letter), and about 1 and a half weeks later have received a letter from them saying they are 'looking into my concerns' and will have an answer OR update no later than 2nd April.
They sent that letter on the 29th of march. What are they doing and should i start court proceeding's, bearing in mind they said they will have an answer or update by today, even though they could have just sent the answer or update? What a waste of paper.....and time.
PS- I'm scared about going to court

Dont be scared
Take a look here it is very reassuring about what actually happens in court for an undefended claim.
