    I don't believe it's an offence to run amber - it means "get ready to stop" when it's do-able.

    No, Amber means stop.

    Yes, should be a bannable offence. Very inconsiderate.

    I'm sure it can be pulled back, though. I can't work out how to search Google cache though?
