I really want one of these and have seen it advertised on "free choice as seen on T.V.". For £59.99. Anyone know anything about this company? Are they reliable? Thanks for any help.

Did you receive your mop/steam cleaner?.I've ordered one with this company but have not yet received it. Tried to contact company today for estimated delivery date but now realise there is no telephone contact no. available. Extremely worried as they have taken money from my account.0

I bought Asda's new Genie range steam mop for £35, it is really strong and sturdy, I have only used it twice but I am really happy with it so far for the price!! It comes with a filter jug (for hard water areas) and a funnel for easy pouring and 2 mop heads
before that I bought the HOLME brand that asda sell and it snapped the first time I used it, It felt very flimsy and cheap!0 -

Don't do it, they're fake H20 mops. I'm still waiting my refund. It's an Italian company. So dodgy. No phone number0 -

Hi, i ordered one and returned it as it was useless. I also have had nothing but problems with this company and am still waiting for a refund. This company are not based in the UK so i don't think my chances of getting a refund or being able to do anything about are very high. Please do not use this company.0 -
My wife also wanted this mop and ordered two from 'FREE CHOICE' as seen on TV my advice is don't we recieved only one of the two ordered also as everyone else got no replies from e-mails but after searching on google maps I found the address in 19, Finchley Lane, NW4 1BN Hendon also their phone number Which is 02082027786. the company TEDMARK which are their couriers is based at this address trading as 'global express' but also have their head office in edrick road which is just a small semi detached private residense, they have another address in wembley which appears to be non existant or in a block of flats, I'm still trying to get more and will post if I get any further.0

I too have fallen fowl of this useless scam company. They are answering my email occasionally but have not come forward with my refund. Surely there is something that can be done about them? 02082027786 has nothing to do with that scam company or so they say!0

Brought it off eBay - broke in a week! (Not my fault) turned it on smelt like burning would trip the electrics. Not worth the money (£160) got a refund BUT I had to pay £11.00 parcel force courier service fee so was out of pocket! Was not happy :-( I might try asdas though!"Pour yourself a drink, put on some lipstick, and pull yourself together."Proud Mummy to an amazing beautiful baby girl Scarlett 29.06.2011 my dreams came true when I met youThank you to those who post competitions - Good luck guys :beer:0

I bought the advertised steam mop but when it eventually arrived after much chasing up of the order, it was faulty, dangerously overheating and becoming too hot to hold.
I asked for information about how to return it, followed the instructions immediately.
No acknowledgement was made by their customer service. After I had emailed several times I received a request for proof of postage which I immediately emailed. Since then I have had emails asking for me to send again but no response to my request for a refund and I am still waiting. This is becoming increasingly like a huge scam although the website appeared genuine. The steam mop I ordered was as described so they must be getting them from somewhere. I would warn anyone who is potentially looking for any thing this company/person has on offer to look elsewhere.0
