Paypal account required auctions- how to ?

Hi
I was watching a bidding auction when I noticed in their listings under the bid now box it says " paypal account required" . How do you put this on your listings ? Checked through my own ebay preferances and cant find how to add this to my listings.
I am now only accepting payapl payments and have no other choosen methods of payment but it is not coming up " payapl account required" in mine. This seems a great way to stop people bidding then saying they never noticed you only took paypal.

When you list your item (obviously with BIN), on the payment details page under the paypal option there's an option for immediate payment. However, there are a few conditions:

Specify a PayPal Premier or Business account when you list your item
Specify a Buy It Now price no greater than £1,000
    Specify shipping costs
Ship to a buyer's confirmed PayPal postal address (unless you change your PayPal profile so that you'll also ship to unconfirmed addresses)
Be a seller in good standing

Yes , its not the immediate payment thing , as this is an auction I am talking about not a buy it now .It is for " paypal account required payments" under the bid now box. As 99% of my auctions are not BIN .
This is the one i noticed it on EBAY EXAMPLE

Oops sorry lol. The feature you're looking for is in eBay preferences -> change buyer requirements (near the bottom of seller preferences) -> block buyer's without a paypal account (at the bottom)

It depends what you are selling, ie if it's the kind of stuff EBay is awash with, then fair enough, but IMHO.... Anyone with genuine auctions who only takes Paypal is going to impact profits. I would say my daftest, (highest) prices achieved have been from newbies who seem hell bent on "having it". :) As I say, just MHO. :)
