Parcel2go & Collect+ Jiffy or Box???

Maybe I'm just getting everything a bit confused! I sometimes use Collect+, the first time I used it the label said 'jiffy' so I clicked live help and asked if my box was ok they said 'sure, as long as its securely wrapped I can post in anything!' However checking on collect+ site regarding dimensions yesterday I discovered that the £3.33 (ex vat) option is for jiffy bags only and not boxes! I must've sent over a dozen boxes over the past six months! I always use Parcel2go and input the weight and dimensions and the £3.33 option sometimes comes up if the parcel is below 2kg and within the size guide of 50cm x 30cm x 30cm. So I am rather confused, can I send a box or not? If not why does parcel2go come up with the jiffy option, especially as the dimensions I input are of a box shape and not a jiffy. Parcel2go only comes up with the Collect+ standard box option if the parcel weighs more than 2kg so I can't book that anyway if my parcel is less than 2kg as the option isn't given me! I had already booked two parcels last night for dropping off today before seeing the jiffy restriction and now I'm very worried I've done it wrong!
