I agree with biglugs, be ware of buying memory just because its cheap! Memory always has compatability issues.
e.g. past experiences include, failing to install windows on a new hard disk, or crashing as soon as you login
If u know the maker of the memory, then check their website and see if its compatable with your mobo.
e.g. crucial memory, they have a memory compatability checker on their website
Its always worth spending a few extra bob for reliability. Believe me, its not worth the hassle buying cheap untested memory

Shopping Tips Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.
